Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has wire spiral segment manufactured from superelatic titanium nickelide possessing shape memory properties. The wire spiral has three coils, cylindrical shape and ends meeting each other and bent in parallel to spiral axis inside of its contour and tangentially with respect to the coils. The spiral ends serve as lock preventing from squeezing tissue out of compressed organ and as means for fixing clips on the organ. Bent end length makes up 2,5/3,0 ratio with wire diameter. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 3 dwg
