23 Jul Clerodendron trichopomum NAC gene CtNAC2 and application thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a clerodendron trichopomum NAC gene CtNAC2 and application thereof. Clerodendron trichopomum from two provenances is selected, the new NAC gene is cloned from clerodendron trichopomum tissue and named as CtNAC2, the nucleotide sequence of the CtNAC2 is shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the amino acid sequence of expression protein is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The amount of CtNAC2 geneexpression in different clerodendron trichopomum tissues and the amount of CtNAC2 gene expression in laminae obtained after clerodendron trichopomum is treated for different times under salt stress are measured and analyzed by using the qRT-PCR technology, and the results show that the amount of the NAC gene CtNAC2 expression is high in stems and roots of clerodendron trichopomum. Under salt stress treatment, the amount of gene expression is highest when a reaction lasts for 72 hours, the clerodendron trichopomum NAC gene CtNAC2 participates in response to the growth development and the salt stress of the stems and roots of the clerodendron trichopomum, and can be used for improvement of stress-tolerance gene engineering of plants, and the application arrange is wide.
