Abstract

The three-dimensional cultivation device is provided with new culture liquid storing bottle, circulating culture, liquid storing bottle, 3D tissue cell cultivation chamber and waste liquid collectingbottle and among them there are silica duct, liquid for drive, pressure inhibitor and gas flow valve connected electrically to culture liquid renewing automatic controller, stress regulating detectorand gas flow rate controller separately. Inside the 3D tissue cell cultivation chamber, there is bearing net with engineering tissue organ and hydraulic sensor connected electrically to stress regulating detector. The present invention cultures engineered tissue and organ in an environment with simulated blood circulation and physiological stress suitable for tissue growth and maturation, and theautoamtic process has less work amount.
