Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of biomaterials, in particular to chitosan sulfhydrylated derivatives and a preparation method and application thereof. By taking chitosan as a raw material and taking a sulfonic compound simultaneously having sulfonic groups and carboxylic groups as a modifier, under the effect of a carboxyl activator, and through the strong electron absorbing effect of the sulfonic groups, the sulfonic groups are successfully introduced into amidogens and primary hydroxyl groups of a chitosan molecular chain, and further converted into sulfydryls through reduction. A chitosan derivative side chain with the modified sulfydryls is flexible and variable, the prepared different modified chitosan sulfhydrylated derivatives have good nucleophilic performance and oxidation resistance, deriving can be further conducted through a nucleophilic reaction, a cross-linking reaction and the like, and the application range is very wide; and the chitosan sulfhydrylated derivatives are applied to preparation of quickly cured hydrogel, and have important application in the field of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
