Abstract
The invention discloses a chitosan/sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol polyelectrolyte nanofiber composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. The composite membrane is prepared with the help ofan interpenetrating network technique and an electrospinning technique. By preparing a chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol compound solution and a sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol compound solution and usingthe electrospinning method, the two compound solutions are gathered on a spinning nozzle, ionic bonds of an alginate polyanionic electrolyte and a chitosan polycationic electrolyte are self-crossed inthe volatilizing process of an electrospinning solvent, and the PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) interpenetrating polymer network nanofiber membrane is obtained. According to the prepared composite membrane,the diameter of a nanofiber is even, the thickness is controllable, the strength and toughness is good, no other crosslinking agents are needed, the advantages of sodium alginate and chitosan are given into full play, and the composite membrane has potential application values in bioengineering, tissue engineering and other fields.
