Abstract
The invention provides a chitosan-polylactic acid graft copolymer and a preparation method and an application thereof; the preparation method is to adopt supercritical carbon dioxide fluid as reaction medium and lipase as catalyst to perform graft copolymerization between chitosan or derivative thereof and lactide monomer. The invention is simple to operate, the products are easy to separate, no organic solvent is used in the preparation and purification of the copolymer, the method has no pollution to the environment, and the obtained copolymer has excellent biocompatibility and good mechanical properties so that the copolymer can be used as body-implanted biological materials such as the scaffold for tissue engineering, the carrier for self-assemble micelle drugs, blood compatible material and the like.
