Abstract
The invention discloses chitosan nanofibers as well as a large-scale electrospinning preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing spinning precursor liquid: dissolving chitosan and a water-soluble biopolymer into water, wherein the mass ratio of the water-soluble biopolymer to the chitosan is equal to (1 to 1) to (1 to 50); (2) preparing the nanofibers by means of airflow-assisted electrospinning. In the chitosan nanofibers prepared by the method, the content of the chitosan is more than 50%, and fiber diameters are 300-900nm. The fiber preparation method is simple, and has a wide application value in the fields such as biological tissue engineering materials, wound repair materials, beauty and cosmetics and filter protection.
