Abstract
The present invention relates to a chitosan micro-nano-scale fibrous three-dimensional porous scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: dissolving chitosan by using a ternary mixed solvent comprising acetic acid, 1,4-dioxane and water according to a certain ratio, spreading screened sodium chloride particles in a container, pouring the chitosan solution into the container to completely immerse the sodium chloride particles, placing at a low temperature, carrying out freezing molding, carrying out alkali washing on the freeze-dried sample, carrying out water washing, carrying out freeze molding, and carrying out freeze drying to obtain the chitosan micro-nano-scale fibrous three-dimensional porous tissue engineering scaffold. According to the present invention, the process of the preparation method is simple, and the microstructure shows the form of controlled multi-pores and micro-nano-scale fibers.
