Chitosan micro-nano fibrous three-dimensional tissue engineering scaffold and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a chitosan micro-nano fibrous three-dimensional tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The chitosan micro-nano fibrous three-dimensional tissue engineering scaffold is prepared by the following steps: dissolving chitosan in a ternary mixed solvent of acetic acid, 1,4-dioxane and water which are mixed according to a certain proportion, and implementing sample separation, freeze-forming and freeze-drying. Due to a micro-structure, which is concomitant with micro-nano fibers, the scaffold is excellent in biocompatibility and mechanical strength. The preparation method is simple in process and the scaffold is good in formability; and the micro-structure of the scaffold, in comparison with a conventional chitosan scaffold which is prepared by use of a binary solvent, is presented as a micro-nano fibrous form.
