Abstract
The invention discloses a chitosan filled PVA supporting material for 3D printing and a preparation method of the chitosan filled PVA supporting material. The chitosan filled PVA supporting material contains chitosan (CS) as a main material, wherein the CS is a natural biodegradable biological material, and is widely used in tissue engineering, artificial skin, drug controlled-release carrier and the like due to the unique biocompatibility and degradation; the CS is used for filling; a plasticizer and a lubricant are used as auxiliary materials; a single-screw extruder is used for blending and extruding a mixture of the PVA and the CS. For a water-soluble 3D printing supporting material made of CS filled PVA composite material, the main components PVA and CS have a special advantage of environmental protection, are easy to degrade, and good in biocompatibility, gloss, transparency, hand feel and heat resistance. The chitosan filled PVA supporting material is especially suitable for printing pierced products or hollow products, and can be easily stripped from molded parts by using a characteristic that the PVC can be completely dissolved in water under certain conditions; the appearance of the molded parts is not damaged due to the stripping of the supporting material, so as to achieve the effect of beautifying the surface and play a role of improving the value of products.
