Chitosan-based bionic bone tissue engineering scaffold and production method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a chitosan-based bionic bone tissue engineering scaffold and a production method thereof. The chitosan-based bionic bone tissue engineering scaffold with a porous structure is formed uniformly distributing nanometer acicular hydroxyapatite in chitosan adopted as a skeleton, and the aperture of the chitosan-based bionic bone tissue engineering scaffold is 300-550 [mu]m; and a mass ratio of the chitosan to the hydroxyapatite is 99:1 to 50:50. The compressive strength of the produced scaffold is 1.5-4.5 MPa, the aperture of the scaffold is 300-550 [mu]m, and the scaffold can be used in the bone tissue engineering field.
