Abstract
The invention discloses a chitin film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving chitin in a solvent composition containing KOH, urea and water at low temperature by stirring or freezing-defreezing circulation, filtering, and degassing to obtain a high-concentration chitin solution; and adding a crosslinking agent into the chitin solution, stirring uniformly, running the chitin solution, immersing in a coagulator, solidifying at the temperature of lower than the chitin solution gelation temperature to obtain a chitin wet film, washing with water, and drying to obtain the chitin film material. The chitin wet film subjected to heterophase deacetylation is washed with water and dried to obtain the chitin and chitosan film material with different deacetylation degrees. The preparation method can obtain the chitin film with favorable mechanical properties, optical transparency and biocompatibility; and the chitin film has wide application prospects in the fields of food packaging, water treatment, tissue engineering, biomedical materials and the like.
