Abstract
The invention relates to a chimeric tissue engineering bovine pericardium sheet. Bovine pericardium middle layer comprises three parts such as cells, matrix, and fibers, wherein the fibers maintain the biomechanical property of the bovine pericardium, and the cells exist in the gaps of the fibers and are connected to the fibers through the matrix component. In the clinic, bovine pericardium treated with glutaraldehyde is commonly used and is implanted into the body, but calcification, thrombosis and decay are generated, wherein the reasons comprise that 1, the glutaraldehyde fixation method can reduce the immunogenicity to a certain extent while the heterogeneous cell component remains, has cytotoxicity and can induce immune rejection so as to further cause tissue calcification and decay; 2, the middle gap is small, such that the body cells difficultly grow in the middle gap, and the epitope capable of inducing the rejection reaction is exposed; and 3, the residual aldehyde group has cytotoxicity, such that the cells are difficult to survive, and the regeneration capacity is low. In order to effectively solve the problems, the matrix-like filling and cross-linking are performed on the basis of decellularizatio to form the chimeric tissue engineering bovine pericardium sheet.
