Abstract
The cell reactor for tissue restoring engineering to inoculate biological cell onto biological rack in single environment includes one container, one sealing cover and one bag to hold the container with cover and form negative pressure inside the reactor. The cover has injection hole and ventilation hole covered with ventilation membrane capable of blocking microbes from entering. The bag includes one outer bag for packing and maintaining inside negative pressure and one inner bag for blocking microbe entering inside. Inside the cell reactor, some porous biological rack material may be set. The cell reactor has its use process inside single environment, and this reduces contact to biological source matter and other matter to avoid disease propagation and contamination to biological cell and tissue.
