Abstract

The invention provides a living cell detection method and detection chamber device for a tissue engineering reactor, and has the advantage of detecting the cell growth condition of a tissue culture substance in the tissue engineering bioreactor on the premise without damage of the cell activity and functions and without interrupting of the culture process. A living cell detection chamber is a chamber made of quartz, a cover at the upper part of the living cell detection chamber is connected with the chamber through a sealing ring and four fastening screws to form a sealed container, and the container is used as a tissue culture chamber during no detection. The tissue culture substance in the chamber is connected with an inlet and outlet joint at the upper part of the detection chamber, andthen is connected with pipelines at the upstream and downstream. During the detection, a reaction fluid reacts with living cells on a tissue implant in the detection chamber, no liquid goes in or outfrom the detection chamber, and reaction products cannot be diluted in a flow path, even when the cell volume is small, a strong signal exists. A magnetic stirring rotor is at the bottom of the detection chamber. By rotating the magnetic stirring rotor, the liquid in the detection chamber is fully mixed before the absorbance value of the reaction liquid in the detection chamber is measured.
