Abstract
The present invention provides one kind of cell transplanting composition for repairing infracted cardiac muscle and reconstructing blood vessel. The composition includes auxiliary transplanting cell and genetic engineering carrier for in vitro preparation of cardiac muscle precursor cell. The auxiliary transplanting cell is implanted to the scar tissue in infracted cardiac muscle area to promote the angiogenesis and raise the cardiac muscle precursor cell transplanting survival rate; and the genetic engineering carrier is used for preparing high purity cardiac muscle precursor cell. The composition of the present invention also includes medicine corresponding to the suicide gene of the genetic engineering carrier for eliminating auxiliary transplanting cell and tumor cardiac muscle precursor cell with tumor from the host body. The present invention needs no immunosuppressant.
