According to the prepared cell-removed blood vessel substrate disclosed by the invention, the three-dimensional structure of the blood vessel cell substrate can be reserved to the maximum extent, the cell-removed blood vessel substrate has favorable mechanical properties, and is low in immunogenicity, low in toxicity, small in differences between batches, simple in preparation method, low in cost and suitable for industrialized production.
