Abstract
PURPOSE: An apparatus for simply manufacturing a three-dimensional cell culture scaffold used in biological tissue engineering is provided. CONSTITUTION: A cell plotting apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional cell culture scaffold comprises: a storage tank(610) of liquid for manufacturing the cell culture scaffold, containing cell culture medium and hydrogel; a hardener storage tank(620) for storing hardener for hardening the liquid; a double spray nozzle(700)having a first spray nozzle which is connected to the storage tank to spray the liquid and a second spray nozzle connected to the hardener storage tank; and a collection table(200) in which the liquid and hardener is plotted.
