Abstract
A scaffold with coated cell layer for tissue engineering features that the EPC or EC layer is attached onto the surface of scaffold. After the scaffold is implanted in human body and when the scaffold is dilated, the EPC can reach the damaged vascular intima, where EPCs are splitted and grown to form new vascular intima cells, so fast repairing the damaged vascular endothelial cells.
