23 Jul CDNA SEQUENCE OF HEPATITIS VIRUS C AND ITS DETECTION
Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a new DNA sequence containing the cDNA sequence of hepatitis virus C and useful for the genetic engineering production of a peptide useful for the immunodiagnosis of hepatitis C. CONSTITUTION:The DNA sequence containing the DNA sequence of formula. A DNA extracted from normal tissue of liver extracted from a patient with hepatic cancer is subjected to reverse transcription and then to double PCR, and a DNA having the objective chain length is collected by electrophoresis. The DNA is inserted into a plasmid, introduced into a host cell and the base sequence of the inserted DNA of a clone having the inserted DNA of the objective chain length is fixed by dideoxy-chain termination process.
