Abstract
The invention discloses a cDNA sequence and an amino acid sequence of lugworm protease with antineoplastic activity, belonging to the field of biomedical engineering. Based on the cDNA sequence of the lugworm protease, a coding gene of the protease can be cloned from tissue of the alimentary canal of lugworm. Through gene recombination technology, the coding gene can be expressed in a prokaryotic expression system. The recombinant lugworm protease can obviously inhibit tumor cell proliferation and has research and development prospects.
