Abstract

The invention discloses a cartilage tissue engineering repair bracket. The cartilage tissue engineering repair bracket comprises a porous support body and growth factor-coated polyphosphate microspheres attached onto the porous support body. The porous support body in the cartilage tissue engineering repair bracket disclosed by the invention not only is used for filling and repairing a cartilage defect area, but also provides a three-dimensional space for the growth factor-coated polyphosphate microspheres, so that the growth factor-coated polyphosphate microspheres retain in the cartilage defect area; through degrading the polyphosphate microspheres, the growth factors in the polyphosphate microspheres are regulated, controlled and released; the repair of the cartilage defect area is promoted through changing growth factor release kinetic changes. The polyphosphate microspheres also have biocompatibility, degradability and no non-toxic side effect.
