Cartilage tissue engineering fiber scaffold material and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a cartilage tissue engineering fiber scaffold material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing mixed sol by mixing high-biocompatibility degradable biological materials such as konjac glucomannan, sodium hyaluronate and nano-hydroxyapatite which serve as basic materials; preparing modified sol by a lactic acid solution modifying and microwave process; performing wet spinning; and preparing a degradable fiber scaffold for regeneration and repair of a konjac glucomannan/sodium hyaluronate/nano-hydroxyapatite composite cartilage tissue by a programmable two-dimensional mobile platform. The scaffold has the advantages of simple preparation process, adjustable degradation rate, low cost, excellent tissue compatibility and the like. A preliminary cell test and an animal test indicate that the scaffold can be commonly used in vivo (such as cartilage defect lesion parts), and is a multifunctional composite material which can promote repair of cartilage defect, is antibacterial and can adjust the in-vivo degradation rate.
