The caput humeri surface-replacement prosthesis comprises a caput humeri surface prosthesis body, the caput humeri surface prosthesis body loads a substrate material promoting bone and cartilage regeneration in a bracket obtained in the mode that an absorbable medical polymer material is subjected to 3D printing formation, by adopting a proper mode, micropores suitable for bones and cartilages to grow in are formed in the prosthesis body, and the prosthesis body is thick in center part and thin in periphery part; in cooperation with a handle and fixing lugs or in cooperation with a fixing device and the fixing lugs, the caput humeri surface prosthesis body is fixed to the surface of a caput humeri body; according to the caput humeri surface-replacement prosthesis, the surface of the caput humeri can be replaced with the prosthesis, the prosthesis has a good biomechanical property, after replacement, a rejection reaction cannot be generated, and many complications of prosthesis replacement are avoided; quick integration of the prosthesisand the caput humeri body can be achieved, integrated growth and no loosening are achieved, in the later use process, the revision problem does not exist, finally, no foreign body exists in the body,and the service life of the prosthesis is greatly prolonged.
