Abstract
The invention relates to a calcium citrate/polylactic acid composite porous bone tissue engineering scaffold material and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the field of bone tissue engineering scaffolds for biomedical materials. The calcium citrate/polylactic acid composite porous bone tissue engineering scaffold material provided by the invention is easy to process, and the obtained porous scaffold has uniform pore distribution, and the pore size matches the pore size of the bone surface. The composite material has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and in the degradationprocess, the slight alkaline environment caused by degradation of calcium citrate can offset the acidic environment caused by the degradation of polylactic acid alone, and the stable ionic environment suitable for bone growth is provided, which can promote the growth of new bone tissue. In addition, the degradation rate of the composite material can be improved by adjusting the molecular weight of the polylactic acid to meet different clinical requirements. The calcium citrate/polylactic acid composite porous bone repair material prepared by the invention provides the feasible and effective new material for the bone tissue engineering scaffold material field, and is beneficial to expanding the application and development of the bone repair material field.
