Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials and tissue engineering, and particularly relates to calcium alginate hydrogel with a three-dimensional micropattern and a preparation method of the calcium alginate hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a PDMS gel micropattern template; preparing a sodium alginate solution, mixing the sodium alginate solution with calcium salt powder, pouring a mixed system onto the PDMS gel micropattern template, and placing the PDMS gel micropattern template into an acidic gas environment for suffocating; or pouring the sodium alginate solution onto the PDMS gel micropattern template, sealing the PDMS gel micropattern template with a dialysis membrane, and putting the PDMS gel micropattern template into a calcium ion solution to enable sodium alginate and calcium ions to react fully for crosslinking to form the calcium alginate hydrogel with the three-dimensional micropattern. The calcium alginate hydrogel prepared by the preparation method has the fine three-dimensional micropattern, so that cells can be defined in the three-dimensional micropattern, and the forms, the distribution and the arrangement of the cells are adjusted and controlled; therefore, the living environment of the cells in organs can be simulated, and the calcium alginate hydrogel can be used for researching cell and tissue regeneration culture.
