Abstract
The invention is suitable for the technical field of medical image processing and provides a brain tissue structure extraction method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium. The method comprisesthe steps of receiving an input radiography image when a brain tissue structure extraction request is received; performing skull removal operation on the radiography image; performing normalization processing on the obtained image to obtain a normalized image; performing curvature flow smooth denoising processing on the normalized image to obtain a denoised image; and performing segmentation on the denoised image by using a preset HMRF segmentation algorithm to obtain a brain tissue structure. Therefore, while the brain tissue structure extraction rate is increased, the integrity of the braintissue structure is ensured, and the brain tissue structure extraction efficiency and the practicality in the aspect of engineering application are improved.
