Abstract
The invention discloses a bracket material of bone tissue engineering of self-promoting vascularizing strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate and a preparation method. The bracket material mainly consists of strontium polyphosphate and calcium polyphosphate according to mol ratio of strontium and calcium of 0.5-10% and is in a porous block structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: proportioning the strontium polyphosphate and calcium polyphosphate according to the mol ratio of strontium and calcium determined by the bracket material of bone tissue engineering, adding 30-50% of a cavity-inducing agent based on the proportional weight of the strontium polyphosphate and calcium polyphosphate, preparing blocks with designed shapes after adequately mixing; sintering for 1-3 hours at 820-950 DEG C, and cooling along with the sintering device to environmental temperature, thus, the bracket material having the self-promoting vascularizing function is obtained. The bracket material of the bone tissue engineering disclosed by the invention has favorable self-promoting vascularizing function, good biodegradability, bone conductivity, bone inductivity and biocompatibility, and is reliable for repairing and treating the bone for bone defect patients.
