Abstract

The invention discloses a bone tissue engineering stent material with high biological activity as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The bone tissue engineering stent material withthe high biological activity is prepared by the following steps: allowing photopolymerization of nano fishbones and gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) in the presence of a photoinitiator so as to form compound hydrogel, namely the bone tissue engineering stent material; and content of the nano fishbones is 0.5-90%. The compound hydrogel-type bone tissue engineering stent material disclosed by the invention has good bone conductivity and bone induction, and is degradable in vivo; and moreover, the bone tissue engineering stent material is endowed with a three-dimentional porous structure and good mechanical properties, so that the bone tissue engineering stent material is capable of adhering cells with relatively high quantity and quality in a short period of time. In addition, the bone tissue engineering stent material is capable of promoting cell growth, proliferation, migration and differentiation so as to benefit structural reconstruction and construction of newborn tissue, thereby achieving the purpose of rapid treatment of bone defects so as to meet clinical needs. The bone tissue engineering stent material with the high biological activity disclosed by the invention is high in safety, reliable in performance, easy to operate, good in repeatability, and liable to realize industrialization.
