Abstract

The invention relates to a bone tissue engineering composite porous scaffold material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the application field of biomedical material technology. The porous material comprises the components: 1.4-5.0 wt% of konjac glucomannan, 5.0-8.0 wt% of nano hydroxyapatite, and 1.0-2.0 wt% of chitosan; the porosity is 70-92 wt%, and the compressive strength is 0.14 MPa-0.75 MPa. A mixed sol is prepared by mechanical mixing of the three components in an alkaline environment, and then is subjected to curing, alkali removal, freeze drying and other process treatment to obtain a konjac glucomannan/nano hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite bone tissue engineering porous scaffold. The preparation method of the scaffold has the advantages of simple preparation process, simple use equipment, short product finishing cycle, lower cost and the like; and cell and animal experiments show that the konjac glucomannan/nano hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite bone tissue engineering porous scaffold prepared by the method has quite good tissue compatibility, good cell proliferation and obvious osteogenesis effect, is expected to realize industrial expansion production, and achieves clinical application.
