Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medical engineering, particularly relates to a bone tissue constructed by tissue engineering. Tissue engineered bone scaffold materials are shaped according to specific defect forms of bones required to be restored. The outer layer of the shaped tissue engineered bone is a bone cortical frame, cancellous bone substitutes inoculated with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are filled in the middle of the shaped tissue engineered bone and substitute for cancellous bone and bone marrow compositions in the normal bone structure. The tissue engineered bone comprises cortical bone, cancellous bone and cell compositions which are similar to those of the normal bone structure. In clinical application, doctors can determine the resection range in advance according to CT (computed tomography) films of patients in operations, and shape the tissue engineered bone scaffold materials according to CT reconstruction data of the bone defect portions, thereby realizing individual treatment.
