Abstract
The invention discloses a bone repairing biological material prepared by using abalone shell, and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, natural polymer collagen, carboxymethyl chitosan and polylactic acid-glycolic acid are used as organic substrates, abalone shell micro-particles are used as an inorganic matrix, the rich calcium source is provided and a variety of signal molecules are supplied based on the advantages of the component of the abalone shell micro-particles so as to promote the repairing of bone defect, and the bone defect repairing material is preparedby combining an emulsion template method and freeze drying bionics; the preparation process is simple, and the reaction is mild; and the obtained material integrates the organic component and the inorganic component to form the bone-like component, and forms the bone-like structure by combining the emulsion template method and the freeze drying bionics, such that the pores in the materials are communicated, the mechanical property and the cell compatibility are good, and the obtained material has broad development and application prospects in the field of bone tissue engineering.
