23 Jul Bone/cartilage tissue engineering stent material and preparation thereof
Abstract
The invention provides a bone/cartilage tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof, which relate to a bone tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The bone/cartilage tissue engineering scaffold is characterized by good biological activity, stability and biocompatibility, is made by the electrospinning technology, and adopts glutin and 3-(GOPS-substrate) GPTS to constitute spinning basic solution. The scaffold consists of the glutin, 3-(GOPS-substrate) GPTS and calcium salt. Solution A is obtained by adding the glutin into formic acid solution; solution B is obtained by adding the calcium salt into the solution A; and then solution C is obtained by mixing the solution B with the 3-(GOPS-substrate) GPTS; then the solution C is added into a hermetical vessel for reaction until the kinetic viscosity number is more than 5000cp, thus obtaining the electrospinning basic solution; and the final product is obtained from the electrospinning basic solution.
