Abstract

A human bone tissue biomedical engineering scaffold product (I) comprises (A) microparticles of silicon as a biological inducing active material with (B) an organic polymer carrier having a three-dimensional structure comprising micropores and communicating tubes.;The present invention discloses a microgranule composite material scaffold product with human bone tissue regeneration induction activity and its use. Said scaffold product uses the silicone, calciumand phosphorus microgranule combination capable of actively inducing bone cell of human body to reproduce and make differentiation and forming new bone and calcifying as biological active substance and uses organic polymer as carrier, and has the three-dimensional structure meeting differnt biological characteristics of bone regeneration and vessel regeneration and external anatomical form, so that it can be effectively used for regeneration and renovation of bone tissue defect and bone plastic therapy of human body. Said invention also discloses the preparation method of said scaffold.
