Abstract

The invention relates to a bioreactor for dynamic compression loading under a high acceleration condition. The bioreactor comprises a high-accelerated loading device and a dynamic compression loading device, wherein the high-accelerated loading device comprises a U-shaped linear motor experiment platform base, a U-shaped linear motor electromagnetism guide rail, a U-shaped linear motor slide rail, an objective table and a bioreactor dust cover; the dynamic compression loading device is formed by a horizontal drive mechanism, a pressure head loading mechanism, a displacement detection mechanism and a position adjustment mechanism; the compression loading mechanism is fixed onto the objective table of the high-accelerated loading device. The bioreactor provided by the invention has the advantages that the bioreactor realizes constant high-acceleration linear loading in a horizontal direction through setting rotor speed and lifting speed acceleration; according to the feedback of a displacement sensor, the accurate control and the quantitative loading during a loading process are realized; the characteristics of high automation degree, high accuracy, excellent control performance, and simplicity and convenience in operation are realized, and a new practice condition, a method and a device are provided for tissue engineering culture.
