Abstract

The invention relates to a bioreactor capable of synchronously contrasting and loading one-way rolling and one-way sliding. The bioreactor comprises a horizontal driving mechanism, a pressure head loading mechanism, a lifting control mechanism, a displacement detection mechanism, a height adjusting mechanism and the like, wherein a rolling pressure head and a sliding pressure head are driven to move along a horizontal direction by a stepping motor of the horizontal driving mechanism respectively through a screw rod nut and a connecting rod, so as to realize timed and constant-speed loading; and the lifting control mechanism is used for driving cams through upper and lower stepping motor to drive a pressure loading mechanism to move up and down along a linear guide rail to be in contact with a culture during the loading or separated from the culture during returning. The bioreactor has the advantages that the motion sequence, the rotation angle and the rotation speed of each motor are controlled through a procedure so as to realize the synchronous contrast and load of the one-way rolling and the one-way sliding of biological tissues, and the accurate regulation of the compression amount is realized through the feedback of a displacement sensor; and the bioreactor can be applied to the mechanical and biological response of tissue engineering cultures respectively under one-way rolling and one-way sliding conditions.
