Bionic three-phase tissue engineering scaffold

Bionic three-phase tissue engineering scaffold

Abstract

The application discloses a bionic three-phase tissue engineering scaffold comprising a plurality of scaffold layers that are laminated longitudinally. The scaffold layers are composed of bone scaffolds, cartilage scaffolds and tendon scaffolds which are sequentially distributed in a transverse direction; the at least parts of the bone scaffolds of the adjacent layers are abutted against each other; at least parts of the cartilage scaffolds of the adjacent layers are abutted against each other; at least parts of the tendon scaffolds of the adjacent layers are abutted against each other; and the positions and/or proportions of the areas occupied by the bone scaffolds, the cartilage scaffolds and the tendon scaffolds in the at least two scaffold layers are different. According to the invention, the engineering scaffold obtained by lamination of all scaffold layers can have the bionic characteristic by controlling the positions and/or proportions of the areas occupied by the bone scaffolds, the cartilage scaffolds and the tendon scaffolds in all scaffold layers; and construction is performed based on the positions and/or proportions of the bone scaffold, the cartilage scaffold and thetendon scaffold in an actual tissue so as to form a normal tissue form instead of a simple flush structure, so that the engineering scaffold conforms to the physiological structure of a human body.
