Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials and tissue engineering, and in particular relates to a bionic skin dressing having a 3D micropattern structure and a preparation method thereof. The biomimetic skin dressing is obtained by curing a polymer composite gel into a composite gel film having a 3D micropattern structure, and then using calcium alginate for high hydrophilic surface treatment. The polymer composite gel is prepared by compounding RGD-peptide-containing methacrylate gelatin and methacrylate hyaluronic acid in a mass ratio of 1:3 to 3:1. The bionic skin dressing having the 3D micropattern structure has a straight stripe groove or a mesh stripe groove array, RGD peptide in the groove array can promote cell adhesion, and the calcium alginate in a convex array structure region can effectively inhibit cell growth, so that cells can selectively grow on the surface of the bionic skin dressing to form the cell micropattern, and the 3D micropattern structure can promote the ability of stem cells to differentiate into fibroblasts and angioblast in vivo and in vitro.
