Abstract

The invention discloses a biological-type spinal interbody fusion cage. The biological-type spinal interbody fusion cage comprises a porous structure on the surface and a three-dimensional porous bone tissue engineering scaffold structure inside, wherein a hydroxyapatite coating is contained in the surface of the fusion cage; and the porous structure on the surface and the three-dimensional porous bone tissue engineering scaffold structure inside are mutually communicated. The biological-type spinal interbody fusion cage disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, reasonable in design and good in biocompatibility; after the biological-type spinal interbody fusion cage is planted in a body, bone tissues and the fusion cage can grow into a whole body, and the occurrences of non-fusion or complications such as the formation of nearthrosis after spinal fusion can be effectively avoided; and the biological-type spinal interbody fusion cage has good clinic use effect.
