Biological scaffold material matrix refilling via low temperature freeze drying method

Abstract

An acellular and matrix-free vascular scaffold matrix refilling after low temperature freeze drying is designed and developed aiming at tissue engineering blood vessels, belonging to the technical field of medical science of tissue engineering. A vascular wall with low immunogenicity constructed by acellular and matrix-free heterogeneous blood vessels is called a vascular wall scaffold, and matrix refilling is performed on the vascular wall scaffold by similar matrix ingredients with low immunogenicity after low temperature freeze drying treatment. The tissue engineering blood vessels with matrix refilled after the low temperature freeze drying treatment has the advantages of low immunogenicity, thrombus resistance, good histocompatibility and wall elasticity and difficulty to bleed after anastomosis of the blood vessels. The excellent properties just satisfy the requirements of cordiovascular surgery on the performance of artificial blood vessels. The matrix reconstruction method provides new ideas and inspiration for the construction of the tissue engineering blood vessels.
