Biological scaffold material for periodontium and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a biological scaffold material for periodontium and a preparation method of the biological scaffold material, which belongs to the technical field of biologic tissue engineering scaffolds. The biological scaffold material is prepared from a shell solution and a core solution by using a coaxial electrostatic spinning method, wherein the shell solution and the core solution are prepared by respectively dissolving and subsequently uniformly mixing carrier compound nano microspheres containing one gene plasmid into a degradable organic macromolecule solvent. The biological scaffold material which is provided with a core-shell structure and is prepared by using the coaxial electrostatic spinning method is simple in process, easy to operate, low in cost and can be applied to non-virus gene therapy in tissue engineering mediation.
