Abstract
The present invention provides a new type biological material PHBHHx, and mixes it with PHB to form blend to raise the biological compatibility of PHB and broaden the application of PHB in tissue engineering. As compared with other surface modification method said method using lipolytic enzyme to make surface modification processes several advantages, it is moderate in condition, and does not affect physical and mechanical properties of material self-body.
