Abstract
The invention relates to biological hydrogel for a 3D printed tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method of the biological hydrogel and belongs to the technical field of 3D printing. The biological hydrogel is prepared from three or any two of raw materials in percentage by mass as follows: 20%-70% of DANCC (double aldehyde nano-crystalline cellulose), 20%-70% of COL (collagen) (types I and II) and 20%-60% of CS (chitosan). DANCC serves as a crosslinking agent to modify COL and/or CS, molecules of COL and CS can interact, two modification methods are combined, the stability and mechanical properties of the biological hydrogel are better improved, and biocompatibility and biodegradability are also improved. Results indicate that the anti-compression breaking strength of the hydrogel is improved by 8-15 times after addition of DANCC.
