Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tissue engineering, in particular to a biological dressing preparing method and a biological dressing. The method is simple in process, the obtained biological dressing contains active factors, when the biological dressing is applied to wound repairing, the active factors can be migrated to a wound to take part in wound repairing, the healing time is shortened, and the pain of a patient is relieved. The embodiment of the invention provides the biological dressing preparing method. The preparing method includes the steps that 1, human fibroblasts are inoculated to a nylon net membrane covered with collagen and cultured to obtain a corium layer; 2, the obtained corium layer is freeze-dried to obtain the corium layer containing the inactivated human fibroblasts and an extracellular matrix; 3, the upper surface of the corium layer containing the inactivated human fibroblasts and the extracellular matrix is coated with a silica gel solution, and the biological dressing is obtained after standing and solidification.
