Abstract
The invention relates to a biological combined preparation for cartilage repair and an application of the biological combined preparation. The biological combined preparation is prepared from a normalsaline suspension of urine regenerative cells and hydrogel in a volume ratio being (10-15):(1-10), wherein content of the urine regenerative cells in the normal saline suspension of urine regenerative cells is 1*10<7>-5*10<7>/mL; the hydrogel is chitosan-based hydrogel. The biological combined preparation can be applicable to the cartilage repair with a tissue engineering technology, has good repair effect on cartilage injury, is time-saving in treatment and takes effect quickly.
