Abstract
The invention discloses a biological CAD/CAM/3D printing comprehensive molding system and method which are applied to the technical field of biological 3D printing. A coaxial spray head device comprising a plurality of spray nozzles is adopted and combined with the CAD/CAM/3D printing comprehensive molding system; through gas-assistant pressure feeding and the time-pressure model extrusion moldingprocess principle, a control system controls motion of a molding platform and a three-dimensional motion mechanism, material spraying of an injection device and material spraying of an electrostaticspinning device to conduct fixed-point quantitative extrusion on multiple material components in a three-dimensional scaffold space to manufacture a biological structural body scaffold with the complex contour, and multi-gradient printing on multi-component materials such as biological materials, cells and growth factors is realized. The biological CAD/CAM/3D printing comprehensive molding systemand method have important significance on complex gradient preparation of a tissue engineering scaffold. The system has the advantages of being in controllability, highly automatic, simple, reliable,good in manufacturability, low in production cost, high in safety, easy to maintain and clean and the like.
