Abstract

The invention discloses a biological CAD/CAM/3D printing comprehensive forming system adopting a coaxial sprayer device containing multiple nozzles, which is used for the technical field of biological3D printing of a tissue engineering structure. Fixed-point quantitative extrusion of multiple substance components in a three-dimensional scaffold space is achieved to make a biological structure scaffold by the steps of control of a forming platform by a control system, movement of a three-dimension moving mechanism, spraying of a spraying device and spraying of an electrostatic spinning deviceby the principle of a ‘time-pressure’ model extrusion forming process by adopting a coaxial sprayer device containing multiple nozzles, combining with the biological CAD/CAM/3D printing comprehensiveforming system and supplying material by utilizing gas assisted pressured, and multi-gradient printing of multiple component materials such as biological materials, cells and growth factors can be realized, and therefore, the system has important significance for complicated gradient preparation of the tissue engineering scaffold. The system has the advantages of being good in controllability, high in automation, simple and reliable, good in manufacturability, low in production cost and high in safety.
