Particularly, the invention relates to a biological brick which can be used for biological printing (such as 3D biological printing) and tissue engineering, a composition (such as biological ink) containing the biological brick, a preparation method and application of the biological brick, and a structure (such as a three-dimensional structure) containing the biological brick or constructed by using the biological brick/biological ink, wherein the biological brick comprises cells, a core layer wrapping the cells (such as endothelial cells), and a shell layer packaging the core layer.
