Abstract
The invention relates to biodegradable hydrogel. The biodegradable hydrogel is prepared from aldehyde-containing aliphatic polyester, cystamine accounting for 5 to 20 weight percent of the weight of the aldehyde-containing aliphatic polyester and a proper amount of solvents. A tissue engineering scaffold prepared from the hydrogel is biodegradable; good hydrophilia, biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity are realized.
