Abstract
The present invention relates to a biocompatible polymeric scaffold comprising hagfish threads-derived keratin and a method for manufacturing the same. The biocompatible polymeric scaffold comprising hagfish threads-derived keratin has low toxicity to have high biocompatibility, and has extremely excellent cell proliferation capability and cell adhesion to be suitable for a scaffold for cell cultures or a scaffold for tissue engineering.
